Constipated? This 2-ingredient drink can help you within 30 minutes
Don't suffer from constipation any longer. A leading nutritionist unveils a simple drink that combines just two ingredients to get your digestive system moving.
Many of us are currently facing various digestive issues due to the current situation and the stress that accompanies it. One common problem is constipation, which affects between 10-15 percent of individuals, particularly those with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
While laxatives, water, and caffeine may provide some relief, options for quick results are limited. However, nutritionist Vanessa Irene has come up with an alternative solution that she claims can help in just 30 minutes.
On her popular channel, which has garnered over 1.3 million views, the health coach and nutritionist demonstrates a drink that doesn't require any medications.

Celery + spinach. Drink it up!
Irene explains that the key ingredients are celery and spinach, blended together with water. She advises against removing any of the fibers.
She explains that once you've blended it, you'll see a slight foam, resulting in a smooth liquid. Although the celery and spinach may become mushy, you must drink it all.
Previous studies have shown that vegetables high in water and fiber can speed up intestinal movement and aid in digestion.
Celery, for instance, consists of approximately 95 percent water, while spinach is made up of 93 percent water. Consuming enough fiber, exercising regularly, and staying hydrated are all recommended ways to prevent constipation. While over-the-counter medications can help stimulate bowel activity, they should be used with caution due to the risk of dependence. Opting for a natural solution is advisable.
